Communications:

Depending on your needs, we can arrange for new telephone service, port your existing telephone numbers, or allow you to share our telephone numbers.

A telephone system can be made available for your use. We can provide a live receptionist to answer your calls, with your firm's name, or you can opt to have your own staff answer your calls or even use a custom automated attendant. Voicemail, conferencing, and other standard features are available.

Fax machine and high-speed internet are also available.

Facilities:

The space has been recently finished out and boasts all-new carpet, hardwood flooring, and fresh paint. The reception and conference rooms are painted in a soothing sage, while the offices and other common areas are a neutral cream/beige. The carpet is primarily a neutral green, with flecks of color to adapt to most office furnishing schemes. Accoustical baffling has been installed over offices and the conference room to reduce noise transfer between areas.

Common areas include the reception area, the conference room, workroom, and kitchen/break room. Shared secretarial space is also available. A private, unmarked back door allows access to the space without being seen from the reception area. A law library including West's Texas Digest is also available.

Our office is fully-equipped with most typical business equipment, including a high-speed collating copier, dictation equipment, filing and paper management equipment, etc. There is plenty of work space available in the workroom, and the kitchen area is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, icemaker, sink, etc. to accommodate all of your break and conferencing needs.

Mail is delivered and picked up on-site daily, and a postal carrier is available each morning to facilitate the receipt of packages, certified mail, and the like. Tenants do not need to visit the post office for any of these services. Drop boxes for UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other carriers are also on -site.

Access and Parking:

The space is accessible 24 hours a day via a building card access system, and security is on-site 24 hours a day as well. Attached, covered parking is also available, and is also monitored by security. Your clients may park in the attached garage, valet park at the Westin City Center hotel, or park in numerous open-ground lots surrounding the building. The DART Rail also stops directly at the steps to the complex.
